4 Tips on How to Find Your Network Marketing Leaders

Maraming mga pumapasok sa industriya ng network marketing o Multi-level marketing ang nag-iisip na para kumita ka ng malaki dito ay dapat madami kang mabentahan ng mga produkto mo. Marami sa atin ang may mindset na dapat makabenta para maging successful. Pero kung ating iisipin, oo, dapat kang makabenta kasi nasa mundo tayo ng sales but selling alone will not make you rich in this industry. There’s more to network marketing than just selling.

To be successful in our industry, your main focus is to find your “ACE” from all your prospects. Kailangan mahanap mo kaagad yung star player mo sa pinakamadaling panahon. So kung iisipin, para kang nasa isang treasure hunt because if you found that person, you will eventually get the treasure.

Sorting out your prospects until you find your superstar is a very important skill in network marketing. Kaya lang napakaraming mga networkers ang nahihirapang hanapin ang kani-kanilang superstars sa mga organizations nila. Sa sobrang hirap, marami sa kanila ang nagku-quit na lang.

Heto ang apat na very powerful tips na makakatulong sa’yo para ma-sort out mo ng maigi ang mga prospects mo:

 Flip the Cards
-          Isipin mong naglalaro ka ng mga baraha. Alam mong sa loob ng isang deck ng cards ay may apat na alas. Kaya lang mahirap ito malaman dahil faced down lahat ng cards. Kaya’t wala kang ibang choice kundi i-flip silang lahat upang malaman mo kung alin sa kanila ang mga kailangan mo sa business mo.

Do Not Be Emotionally Attached to Your Cards
-          dito nag-uumpisang magkaproblema ang mga networker. Yes they flip their cards. Pero the moment na maka-encounter sila ng “dos” o “otso” (not interested prospects) nalolowbat na sila. Lalo na kung sunod sunod na mga hindi interesadong prospects ang nakaharap nila. Mas malala kung may mga harsh objections pa! Sa sobrang pagka-lowbat nagku-quit na lang.
Meron din namang mga networkers na the moment na may na-sponsor, ayun nagdiwang na at feeling nila ay instant milyonaryo na sila. Tumigil na sa pag “flip” ng cards dahil para sa kanila na-hit na nila ang jackpot. Kaya lang most of the time, hindi naman “alas” yung nakuha nila kundi “jack”! Yung tipong nag-sign up pero hindi gagawin ang business on a long term basis. Ayun si upline na umaasa, lowbat na naman.

       Continue Flippin’
-          Regardless kung anong klaseng card (prospect) pa ang makuha mo, just continue flippin’ the cards. Maging “dos” man yan na super negative, “jack” na nag-sign up pero hindi ginawa ng maayos ang business o “alas” na magiging superstar ng grupo mo, it doesn’t matter! Just continue flippin’ the cards. Remember, sa isang deck ng baraha, APAT ang alas! Huwag ka makontento sa isa.

 Take Care of Your ACES
-          Kapag nahanap mo na ang mga alas ng grupo mo, do everything and anything to keep those aces. Keep them motivated, keep them excited. And most importantly, let them know and feel that as their mentor lagi ka nandyan to guide them in their business. Retention is the key to success in network marketing. Keep your Aces. Add more Aces. The more Aces you have, the more chances na magiging successful ka sa business mo.
